Mayday, from the french “m’aidez” (help me), is the international word used to signal a life-threatening emergency.
This board is specially designed to perform at its best with big waves: 10’8 long to give stability and 29” wide to paddle by hands, 6” of nose to better impact waves and 5” of tail to give more maneuverability, 8 handles around for an easy catch, a full EVA pad for a better grip and 3 durables gummy fixed fins to drag the board on the beach.
